Red dots and little white heads on my pubic area

I'm 19 and my girlfriend and I have had unprotected sex for a good 3 days straight. Now I have little red dots/ pink dots and some with white heads on my pubic area. I do shave but for the past week I have not. So I need answers. I shaved when I saw it and now I also have razor burn now.... I think....

uneven labia

Bleeding after sex for the first time

I had sex for the first time about a week ago, I am 23. I bleed during and for 5 days after and have been nauseous, have had mood swings and have been very emotional and tired all the time for the past 5 days. Is this normal or is something up? o.O
