I get very itchy in my vaginal area

I get very itchy in my vaginal area. Like daily. Also I have these bumps that's are almost liike ingrown hairs and sometimes the bumps end up being pimples. I do shave 1-2 a week. I have been sexual active before and I don't know of this is a std. If you know any info please help.
