supracervical laprascopyic hysterectory & tummy tucks

i will soon be having a hysterectormy and was hoping to make it an all in one type of deal with a tummy tuck thrown in for good measure. now friends are recommending that I have a supracervical laprasopic hysterectomy. If I go this route am I eliminating my option of having a tummy tuck?

I noticed a few days ago a medium size bump on my outer right labia. It sometimes itches. I thought it was an ingrown hair so I tried to pop it and a clear fluid and some blood came out. But the bump is still there and hurts really bad. What could it be? :'(
