Pea sized lump just inside the top of vagina opening

Hi, I have just found a pea sized lump inside my vagina opening on the top left hand side. It is slightly painful to touch and feels firm but soft, like I can feel something inside it. i have brown discharge; what does this mean?

i'm 13 and don't have my period, and just went to use the bathroom and there was alot of brown discharge (i'm very sure this is was discharge) i think it stopped though. what does this mean? i'm really freaked out! also i have been having discharge for about a year.
