They look like tiny divits from a golf ball. There is no puss, just inflamation and itching. I stated showing symptoms a week ago (9/19) and the inflamation is getting worse and the divits are spreading. Can someone please help me identify this!

Burning towards the end of urinating and bleeding

Hi i'm 14 and for about a year i've noticed my labia has enlarged. It probably started gettig bigger since I started my period last september. Is it normal? Does anyone know how many people have it? Do guys really find it sexy? %-)
