Novasure Procedure done 3 months ago. Am I still supposed to have my cycles?

I HAD THIS PROCEDURE DONE 3 MONTHS AND 11 DAYS AND DO I SUPPOSE TO BE STILL HAVING CYCLES OR IS THIS STILL A CLEANSING PROCESS. IS ANYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM ?

Have a pelvic ultrasound scheduled right after your period ends! Endometriosis is a big problem

I would guess that most of you suffer with endometriosis! I suffered for 16 years and am now just being told they found endometrial scaring. Have a pelvic ultrasound scheduled right after your period ends!

Vagina smells like bologna/ seriously

Purple swollen lump on the entrance of vagina

I’ve only just discovered this painful lump at the entrance of my vagina, it is very large and red but the centre is purple and yellow, it really hurts and I’m not sure what it is. I doubt it’s an std because I haven’t had sex in a while, please help!
