Friction sores on vagina? I recently shaved with a bad razor and had sex with my partner

I have 3 or 4 raw spots on my vagina. On the lip and beside it. They are painful to touch. I recently shaved with a bad razor and had sex with my partner, but he still had jeans on. I'm wondering if maybe they could be caused from friction, rubbing against the fabric of his jeans and the zipper??
