Just the top of my pee hole is very irritated it's get so bad at times that I can't sit still... my whole vagina is getting the feeling also and my anus but I think it's coming from my pee hole to worst... I don't need to pee a lot but when I do it doesnt burn but only a small bit comes out.......

so I woke up at 5 am for concert tickets and when I got home around 10 my vagina was sore ,red, kinda swollen and really itchy I have these tiny white bumps all around it people say I Had  lack of sleep but it's been three days now should I see a doctor please help please !!!
