watery transparent stuff comes out of my vagina

It's been almost a week now, and there is some transparent watery stuf coming out of my vagina. I'm only 15 and I don't know what this means. I never had sex. This watery stuff comes out 2 to 3 times a day. Please help me

:$ I used a hair remoal cream on my vaginal area it said on the bottle that it was a delecate skin formula and sais it can be used on the bikini area. It started to sting a little so i washed it off straight away. But im still im horrible pain is there anyting i can put on it ?

My last period was 5/30/17 and a week after that I had intense spotting for 3 days. I haven't had a period since then and it is 7/14/17. I keep thinking that I've started but when I go check it's just white/clear fluid. I'm very concerned and there is no way that I'm pregnant either. 100% no way so...
