itchy small white bumps inside privates

I woke up to severe itching. I happened to pull out a mirror. I have white bumps all over INSIDE my vagina. There is no discharge, smell, or burning while peeing. Tiny red stinging bumps on vag lips?

I have a patch of tiny irritated red bumps on my inner labia. They are really small and I usually can't feel them unless I touch them, and then it stings and burns really bad. Sometimes I feel discomfort too. I've never had any type of sex so I don't know what it could be or how to get rid of it?
