All I can say is WOW! So very thankful I found this site! Thank you to all of you for sharing your experiences after having this Novasure ablation. I had a hysterscopy, D/C polyp removal and abalation at end Dec 2013. I thought I was the only one who after anesthesia wore off had the worst pain of my life! After about 2-3 hours of my doctor shrugging his shoulders to my husband that they had no idea why I would be in so much pain, the Dr. had me moved to a hosp room and hooked me up to a push button delatin drip were they observed me for 24 hrs and got the pain under control. I was whined off the next day onto perciset & discharged. My Dr. says he doesnt have an explanation as to why I was in so much pain but that maybe my uterus was pissed from being violated??? Dr. said he hadnt ever with all the abalations he has ever done in the past had this happen before?? Nor had he ever heard of any other Dr. having their pts have this type of pain before? (Really??) What in the World??? With all of that pain I had, I should have been passing a kidney stone or having a baby!! Since then I have had some cramping, and spotting in Jan. & Feb. around my period times with very sore & itchy breasts?? Now going into March (almost 90 days after) noticing odor had more cramping this month and lite period that is black in color. Odor is aweful and embarrassing. From all the posts is there anything that works for this? I will be definately trying the apple cider vinegar and probiotics w/acidophilus. I just turned 43 I had a tubaligation after my 3 child in 1994 after that my periods just got worse and worse. I was told that this would prolong my life and take all of that away lowering my chances of cancer possibly stopping my periods all together. I was so excited... I'm scared now and dont know what to expect. I see there are many who have struggled with this since this procedure and for years. I know individuals who before my procedure told me nothing but great out-comes. I wish you all the best and am again thankful I found you all... Hopefully we can find some more answers and get through this the best we possibly can. Keep your heads up and hang in there... Thanks for sharing and reading... God Bless Shell
