small red bumps on my labia, are they caused by running

i noticed i had a couple (not grouped) small red bumps on my labia. I have recently started running. it is very hot outside and i tend to sweat allot, and my shorts are kind of tight. i also tend to have sensitive skin. are the red bumps caused of running or something else?
