I had a ruptured cyst last august

I had a ruptured cyst last august and bled with some pain around my pee hole but it went away and now i have the same issue bleeding but the pain is worst and i also have itching burning irritation and white liquid is coming out when i apply pressure whats wrong with me please help

I started my period early. I stared may 2nd An I should have started the 7th it ended the 9th and the 11th I started to have brown spotting or dischage and iv had it for three days now? Could this be a sign of pregnancy or is it just left over blood? Or ovolution?
