I'm an 18 year old female an I have only had 2 sex partners, my ex boyfriend.... And a current friend now. Me an my current friend had unprotected sex (stupid me) about a week ago. A Few days ago I noticed that I had what look like an open sore at the opening of my vagina. It didn't itch or bother me but it did burn a little bit when I had to pee so I just thought it was a cut from shaving so I put Neosporin on it. About 2 days ago I got a mirror to look down there to see if it was getting better but it still looks the same an bumps are starting to appear around the sore as well it still doesn't itch or burn or anything just a little discomfortable when I have on clothes an move a certain way. It also hurts when I try to have a bowel movement. Does anyone know what this could be?
