I have brown dried up stuff in my underwear. It's not poop, but I don't have my period. What is it?

For atleast since January of 2017. I've had this brown dried up stuff and I don't know what it is. Of course it's not poop haha. But I never have gotten my period. I know it's not my period because everytime I pull down my underwear it's there. Is it vaginal discharge or am I dying, lol?
