Very light bleeding and brown discharge, it's been 3 weeks already

I have been bleeding like if it was a period very light but also brown discharge it's been three weeks already sometimes I have pain like if it were cramps. I do have the birth control inserted I got it in march. Any suggestions on what it could be?

So im 13 and last week I was masturbating and my vagina was all swollen and sore but I had gotten chemical burn from hand washing under wear, I have vagisil and use it to take the itchy mess away(that worked) but it's still swollen ? What is wrong , I really don't want to go to doctors, :)

I had protected sex the other day but now there's this bad order and watery like discharge. There's no itch or anything but it's been 2 days and it hasn't gone away even in the shower.
