small dark purple bump on outer lip of vagina

Whille bathing I found a small dark purple bump on the left outer lip of my vagina, it has a hole in it as small as a needle tip.There was a hair on it and on the end of the bump I pulled both out, but its still sore, and I have no clue as to what this is, could anyone help?
