Vagina bumps, It's a yellow redish colour

Hey I'm 14 and I also have a lump type thing on my vagina, it's not itchy but uncomfortable! It's a yellow redish colour. I'm not sure on wether to pop it myself but I'm worried it might get infected. I'm to scared to see a doctor or tell someone! I really need some advice.. Thank you!

Water discharge after every half hour

My girlfriend vegina is discharging water like substance. We didn't had sex, I just stimulated her vagina for few minutes and after few hours water like substance started coming out after each interval. It was her first stimulation.

I'm female and had a Cystoscopy yesterday when the doctor had finished he then said he wanted to do a virginal examination i wasn't expecting this, he inserted some fingers into me and said it was fine. I feel a bit violated is this normal to do after a Cystoscopy.
