Hysterectomy 2003, Now after Sex, Thick White Discharge. (Not Yeast Infection)

 I had a complete hysterectomy , at age 33. For years I had no sex, but now at 42, and I finally do, I have this white to off-white, sometimes creamy, discharge. During sexual intercourse it becomes very dry some of the time, and turns into white, thin,  flakes. It only happens sometimes....

Bump on the Labia Majora

I noticed a bump on my labia majora and would like to know if this is normal and if I should get it checked out. It seems to be under the skin where the pubic hairs are it is on the top of labia majora instead of the lower labia majora.

I've had the same problem as everyone here. I am in good shape, eat right, been tested with negative results, etc. I tried the yogurt solution and it was just messy, tried the cream they give you for itching during a yeast infection which alleviated the itching but didn't heal it.
