Bleeding few days after fingering

Hey, My boyfriend just fingered me 12 days back and I had no problem then.. After few days it started bleeding in small quantity and now the bleeding has not stopped yet should I be worried?

I got kicked up there too the pain is unbearable it hurts like heck. I thought I was bleeding but it turns out it was just red and swollen with a little lump I'm not sure what a lump could mean but can anyone help me out
