Large Lump on the outside of vulva

I have a lump the size of about a nickel on the outside of my vagina( the part below the stomach). I popped it about five days ago and blood and pus came out. It's not as large as it used to be. I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. Any help is much appreciated.
