I have been having back pain for about 1.5 months, I went to the gynecologist and he said I have a cyst in my ovary (nothing to worry about, apparently), and now have nausea that comes and goes in waves, abdominal pain, and vaginal bleeding almost 2 weeks past my scheduled period. I have fatigue, but I can't fall asleep at night... also irritable and generally uncomfortable: bloating, aches, etc. Please help me go back to normal.
