Small bumps near entering of vulva, swollen vulva and perineum.

Okay so I had sex with my boyfriend on Friday and that night while we were having sex I got my period. Since them I've gotten a lot of little lumps near the entrance of my vagina & my vulva is swollen all the way down to my perineum. It also burns so much when I use the bathroom.
