Is my condition due to the bacterial infection of the urethra caused by excessive menstruation?

The bleeding volume increased 14 days ago. Last night I took three golden pills and felt better, the blood volume was too much this month. Is my condition due to the bacterial infection of the urethra caused by excessive menstruation? or should i take Fuyan pill instead of those chemical drugs?

the top edge of my clitoris faded to white and it isn't the vaginal discharge.
