i have small spots on my privates (underneath the skin) and they are really itchy

I'm 14 and I have these small bumps on my vagina. they get really itchy and there is quite a lot of them. I'm a bit worried about them and I don't know when they will go because thy are quite irritating. Any advice could help so thank you.

Can you have Endometrial Ablation if you have a Bicornuate Uterus?

I am 42 yrs young. Have had painful periods for over 30 yrs and I am done. I have been told I have a bicornuate uterus and that the endometrial ablation is not an option. Is this true and if so what would my other options be?
