I think it's a blood clot

I've had this really small red dot that looks like a blood clot on my right leg for months. It doesn't have anything around it, it doesn't swell up or hurt or get bigger. I've had it for months and it still the same size, nothing has happend to it. I'm just wondering what it is. Can you help me?
