I have pains on outer labia

I have sharp pains in my right outer labia especially when I stand. It started after taking steroids for an upper respiratory infection. After the last pill was taken. the following day, pain began and hasn't stopped. I'm also having slight pain in my right leg.

Minor cramping and spotting

I finished my period 10 days ago but today I started to get minor cramping (nothing like menstrual cramps) and when I went to the washroom I found a brownish discharge when I wiped. It has been a few hours and it's still happening. What could this be?
