red bumps in pubic area and some on penis

White Discharge, no odor, burning or itching??

So i've been getting this discharge for a few weeks now. I had sex just this past week but he didnt finish in me. We usually never have protected sex and i'm worried if this is a sign of a pregnancy? There's not odor, itching or burning.
