Hi all, I have not had my period for 6 months, I have bloating in my stomach, a dull ache in my low back and pain in my lower left pelvic area, I have pain when moving my bowels sometimes sharp pain, I had a uterine ultrasound down and then the sonographer said okay I am going to had to do a vaginal ultrasound because you either have cysts on your ovaries or I just can't see them very well. So he did the vaginal ultrasound and then asked if I could be pregnant because he seen extra fluid in my stomach area, I told him no I had a negative pregnancy test and my hormone test came back normal so I am not in premenopause I  am  40 yrs old and no history of cysts before, I did hurt my back six months ago and had to take predisone for like 3 months, I just wondering if this sounds like I have a cysts or not, Its been three days and I have not heard from my doctor just a bit worried...
