Flap of skin

I don't know why but there is a flap of skin sticking out in front of my vagina and it's really bothering me. I haven't gotten my period yet, and this flap of skin is really irritable and is sometimes itchy... does anyone know what t is? :-(

I had a hystorectomy and am having symptoms of pregnancy.

I had my uterus and cervics removed in 2001. For the last couple weeks I have had breast tenderness, I am tiered all the time, headaches, moody, and now I'm having trouble holding down food. Is there something wrong with me?
