So I am 18 years old and I have never had a period in my life. For three days now I have had little chunks of blood in the toilet, and also when I whipe their is blood on the toilet paper, but this only occurs when I use the washroom. Can this be my period or something else?

Yesterday I noticed some kind of burning but itchy pain around my anus and on my vaginal flaps. Today I took a look at it and I noticed there's these tiny red dots and they're very itchy. What might this be?! Or what can I do to get rid of them? Help please!!
