swollen fallopian tubes, thirst, hunger and nausea

14days into taking the pill I started to get terrible abdominal pain, I think my fallopian tubes may be swollen. I also feel nauseous after eating and want to drink water alot. I did have a heavy night out a couple of days before the ovulation period, could this be effecting anything?
