I recommend telling a parent or seeing your gynecologist, it sounds very serious. You don't have to tell them the reason why because yeast infections are very common and can be contracted in plenty of various situations.

Yeast infections can be caused by having moisture on your genitalia for prolonged periods of time. If you tend to relax or go to sleep after masturbating (as many do), the ejaculate just sits there on your genitals, keeping them moist and less acidic, creating a petri dish for yeast.
Ashthekid is also right about making sure objects used for masturbation are squeaky clean. Be sure to use only clean objects; wash off anything you use to masturbate immediately after you use it. Do not use items which are porous (plastic, jelly rubber) as these can never be completely cleaned. Also avoid using lubricants which can dissolve the substance your instruments are made of. (For instance, never use an oil-based lubricant with a latex object, or a silicon lubricant with a silicon object.)
Yeast infections can easily be treated with over-the-counter miconazole creams like Monistat, which can be bought at almost any pharmacy or grocery and are relatively cheap. Full instructions should be included in the kit. Follow the directions carefully to make sure treatment is effective.
In the future, wash off your area soon after masturbating, and thoroughly dry it with a towel. Also make a point of patting dry every fold and crevice after showering, swimming, or doing anything else which gets your area wet. Eating yogurt with live and active cultures can help prevent yeast in the future.
