I have been feeling really good after being 2 months post-op of a complete Hysterectomy. I started doing more bending and lifting and this morning after going pee there was a bit of blood on the tissue paper, is this normal?

blood bubble near my vagina

 I had something like this.  It was a red looking bubble right near my vagina hole however it hurt. I put cream on it and ten woke up the next morning and it was popped and brown liquid came out almost or probably blood but it stopped hurting. should I be worried ? Is it something bad ?
