Does irregular bleeding imply there could be endometriosis?

Heavy bleeding and cramps during menstrual period, and irregular bleeding when there is not even a period. Could this be endometriosis? Terrified and hope for an answer. If it is endometriosis, then can I take fuyan-pills for it? I heard someone use this pill to treat her problem.
