I’m 13 and have never done anything sexual, but I do have my period. I just got back from the lake and I’m not sure when it started but the right labia is hanging down more than usual and the middle or “tip” is grey and wrinkly, and pretty dry. There was this tiny clear bubble right on in the tip that I popped and now there’s a small black thing poking out that hurts a lot when I try to pull it off. What’s wrong with me??
