Bumps on private area, outside of my labia, no burning

Hi ladies, I am a old grandmother and yesterday while showering I discovered three tiny bumps on the outside of my labia, no burning or issues like that. I had however changed toilet tissue about two months ago could this be the cause? Any idea would be helpful. Thanks everyone.
