Is my vagina normal?

I am a 17 year old girl and im not sexually active. I don't really worried about how my vagina looks. I wax and i keep getting bumps/pimples on my vagina. I dont know if they are just ingrowns but i have tried to pop them and nothing happens they are just sore. I'm just worried that i am not normal

i have red bumps all around my vagina and i have no idea what it is they itch really bad and if i itch it it gets worse. i havent had sex in over 5 or 6 months. so i dont think its an std. anybody think they know what it could be?
