Itchiness around the clitorial area...

I have a lot of itching around the clitorial area, but not ON the clit. It hasn't been red or anything, and I'm pretty sure there is no discharge. The itching is mostly right next to my clit, and on the labia near my clit. I have not had sex, so it's definately not an STD... Please help!!

Im having a white milky discharge that seems present every day. It doesn't smell bad but it does have a scent. I was diagnosed with Herpes a year ago and haven't been able to afford my meds. lately. So is it possible that this is from that?
