Swollen inner labia?

So, here's my problem: On Sunday, my inner right labia was swollen and my outer labia was a bit red and tender. It hurt to touch, and to even sit down sometimes. Today however (Monday) the redness is pretty much gone and it doesn't really hurt anymore, but my inner right labia is still swollen....

hi, I'm 39 yrs old and looking into having the novasure procedure done. But I'm a little nervous about getting pregnant again. I do have a 5 yr old but it was difficult to conceive. Does anyone know the odds of getting pregnant again?

I have had an ongoing yeast infection but I took a 3 day kit & the symptoms relieved a bit but it didn't seem like it completely went away so I'm thinking it might be bacterial vaginosis but I just moved to a place where there aren't any readily available clinics around so...
