doxcycyline/ vaginal bleeding/ 1 dose of liquid Floridex (b12) instant reduction in bleeding?

HI, I am currently on day #5 of cycle of doxcycline- due to fear of std from unprotected sex. major vaginal bleeding. took one dose of Floridex (liquid b12 and Iron) and instantly bleeding lessend dramatically. Could it be because i am anemic ? or meds just started working ??? Thanks
