Did your ovaries stayed intact or are they removed too? If your ovaries are still there is a chance that some cysts have developed and that they are causing the bleeding now. But if you had complete hysterectomy and your ovaries removed, there is a chance that your vagina gets more easily irritated because you don’t have all the natural lubrication you used to. So, often these kinds of bleeding happen after intercourse or even after strenuous exercise. Whatever the reason, you definitely should see your gynecologist and do the ultrasound and all the other tests necessary to find out the real cause for the bleeding.
