Did your ovaries stayed intact or are they removed too? If your ovaries are still there is a chance that some cysts have developed and that they are causing the bleeding now. But if you had complete hysterectomy and your ovaries removed, there is a chance that your vagina gets more easily irritated because you don’t have all the natural lubrication you used to.
