lumps on outter area vagina

these lumps start out very tiny and roll under the skin as they grow they stay under the skin but are more like a sac. the skin is thin and the lump is hard . they are the size of a pea. the only thing that hurts is when i pull or try to pop it. but it wont pop or drain anything. theres no color...
