these lumps start out very tiny and roll under the skin as they grow they stay under the skin but are more like a sac. the skin is thin and the lump is hard . they are the size of a pea. the only thing that hurts is when i pull or try to pop it. but it wont pop or drain anything. theres no color to them whats my problem. ones on the highest part of the inner thigh close to the vagina but outside and ones on the other leg around the same area of the first one, last one is in the vagina lips and is just beginning to form. its very hard, fills like a bb gun pellet in a ballon i geuss is the way to describe it but the ballon is flexable hope this helps you
