Red spots and itchyness on vigina.... ??

Ive got some red spot on my vigina and its is sometimes itchy .... i have shaven in this area n also use hair removal cream .... also recently had unprotected sex.... im not sure what to do .... if it mite b a reaction to the cream or shaving .... or some kind of std??? :-( plz reply x
