Bleeding heavily twice during sexual intercorse.

I took the morning after pill a week ago and twice in 2 days, when i had intercorse with my partner, i am bleeding really badly. why? Also, i only gave birth 7 months ago and 3 months after delivering i had colposcopy treatment for CIN3. Would this have something to do with it also?
