I'm having a dull pressure sometimes light, sometimes intense, not painful just pressure, on the lower portion of my abdomen/pelvic area above inner groin. I'm 38yrs old and am a male. I workout and train moderate to high intense with weights, bodyweight and martial arts. I eat fairly well with no fried or processed foods, and like to enjoy drinks on the weekends only. The pressure has been on and off for a month or so, and it's weird overall. Has anyone else experienced this and maybe have an explanation
