whicle having sex with my girlfriend my condom got torn. it got torn off outside only(i mean i had not penetrated in). i think a little precum must have touched her on the outside of the vegina. Then i had changed to a fresh condom. can this cause her pregnancy?

i am having pelvic and back pain after having sex with my husband of twenty years. i had a hysterectomy 2004 but still have my ovaries. the pain last about three to four days. i have had a mri and my doctor said she found nothing.
