no, masterbating is simply not good. it makes us fell fatigue, severe headaches which also makes the rest of the day a hell!!!!! I;VE EXPERIECED A LOT but now the problem is i don't know how to quit it, so anyone can tell me a suggestion that will help me to quit masterbating
