Is it still not gone..Do I still have Chlamydis

I was treated with Doxycyclin for 3 weeks, 1 - 100mg 2x day. 2 days after this I took 1 - 1000mg dose of Azithromycin. I still have the same symptoms nowa week and a half later. I also took 1 dose of canesten just in case I developed a yeast infection. Do I still Have Chlamydia.............Yikes
